Charged for failed purchase

I made a purchase yesterday on the SWGOH online webstore for the Large Galactic Enhancement Kit. When I went to purchase, it said it failed and to try again, which I did and it went through successfully the 2nd time. And a couple hours ago I notice I was still charged on the EA website for the failed purchase. I would like a refund if possible for this charge on the failed purchase and can show proof of failed purchase on the site and the EA confirmation emails I received.
