charged for LSB but did not receive after 3 days.

purchased rouge one part one LSB the 10$ one on the webstore but didn't receive it and was charged. i have waited over 3 days still not received it. I have tried doing the restore purchase still nothing and its not showing in my store like a bought it. i have tried using EA help but they said they were gonna transfer it to someone 2 days ago and no help yet. I can give order number if needed but i would love help with this.
