Chat Issue

There is something wrong with the chat boxes. For some reason when I use the chat, it takes me two times to type something into the chat. It has happened numerous times over the last couple of weeks. I type something in, hit the check mark and the chat boxes disappears but my chat isn’t there so I have to go in and type everything again, hit the check mark again and it goes in the second time.
