Childblock

Hello guys,

My son started playing SWGoH 2  years ago but he doesnt want to play it anymore . Now I wanted to play on his account because I love Star Wars . The problem now is that his account got a childblock and I cant link my SWGoH account to my EA account , would it be possible to remove the childblock? My ally code is 255-967-948
