Chimaera AOE ability bugged

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Use the phylon aoe ability of the Chimaera capital ship on an enemy with foresight

The maxed out ability for Phylon 07 Tractor beam of the Chimaera states: "Inflict speed down for 2 turns on any enemies that evaded or resisted this attack". This has happened on numerous occasions where I use this AOE attack and some enemies dodge the attack (specifically those with foresight). I will see "Deflected" text appear but no speed down gets applied.

I don't see any "resisted" text to imply that this speed down was resisted.

    I also maxed this out, and the first couple of battles against enemies with foresight, there was no speed down. I wanted to keep watching to see if it was resisted, but all the times since then, no one has dodged.

    Tried twice again today against enemies with foresight on 1x speed. Shows "Deflected," but no "resisted." Yet, no Speed Down.

    This cost a lot of prestige mats to upgrade.

    Finally saw it land Speed Down. It did damage, but "Resisted" showed up (so the tm removal being resisted) and it landed speed down. So it appears the resusted portion is working, but not the evaded portion.

    Bump. This is bugged. Same happens to me. Can’t land speed down on Imperial Tie Fighter with foresight

    I have this same issue, only it happens all the time.  I just upgraded the ability yesterday and have fought about 6 -8 times since then and have yet to see a single ship get speed down when using the ability.

    Does that mean those ships were all damaged and had their turn meters reduced? If they didn't evade or resist, they wouldn't receive speed down...
