Claim daily quests

Am i the only one who can't claim the rewards for daily quests (and therefore neither the chest) if it's a "close call"? Like the countdown is for 1-2 minutes before deadline, but if i click "claim" i just get a pop up that says daily quests have reset? This has happened about 3 times. Of course since the catastrophic update.
