Coaxium for lightspeed bundles purchased on first day still not received.

I purchased the R2D2 and Luke's Allies lightspeed bundles when they were first available and did not get coaxium for those purchases.  I chatted with EA support right away and then opened a ticket #1...

Were you able to get a resolution for this? I purchased the bad batch bundle when it came out and didn’t receive any of the coaxium. My ally code is 332-933-864.
