Coaxium Heist not refreshing

Since Dec 5th my Coaxial Heist has been stuck at Parsec 10 and will not refresh. I have tried multiple times to have this resolved via the help/chat system but it has not worked. They recently closed my open ticket.

I would like this to be fixed and, if possible, award me the coaxium not awarded due to this bug.
