Coaxium Rewards not refreshing...

Question

Can someone please tell EA that Coaxium Rewards are not purchased on Android phones or via the PC client. People have to make the purchase from the Web Store... so if people are not getting their Coaxium reward points or if the Coaxium levels are not refreshing, it is independent of the PC client and Android phone!

This is an example. I'm getting the 100 energy, but the additional Coaxium goes no where. The Coaxium does not refresh
