Coliseum ban – manual review request

Hi,

My account was permanently banned for “Coliseum Cheating” following a short Coliseum session.

I was using low-level Era units and primarily playing the battles on Auto. This is an established 5.5m+ GP account and this is my first enforcement action.

I submitted the official SWGOH ban appeal form earlier this week and have allowed five working days for the review. As I understand that there is no confirmation when an investigation has been completed, I currently have no way of knowing whether my account has actually been reviewed.

I’ve seen a number of other reports concerning Coliseum bans, including cases where accounts have subsequently been restored following review.

I’m therefore just asking if someone could please ensure that my account receives a manual review.
