Coliseum Questions

Yes, I know I'm a whale - so hush

My ST Luke is sitting at level 72 with 7 stars, and for some reason I can only do about 8000 pts of dmg on Tier 3 of the Coliseum. After the first round, everyone is just doing 1 point of damage. I don't know if this is by design or what, but fine.

However, Someone at level 45 with 7 stars (on the same tier as me) is able to do more damage than someone at level 72? It's like a Gear 8-9 character being able to outperform a Gear 12 character - even though the characters are identical, save for some RNG.

So I'm not sure if it's a "me" issue -- though one thing I do know is that it's not a mod issue. And since you only get one round or so before the damage limitation kicks in, I have a 1 in 3 chance of it being a strategy issue.
