Community choice bundle bug

I bought the community choice bundle on the website yesterday. When I logged in game afterwards, I got a pop up to buy the bundle again. So I bought the bundle again and then it told me I had exceeded the purchase limit and it gave me crystals. That was aggravating, but not the end of the world. Then I went to my inbox to claim the Web store purchase and it glitched out and said I had exceeded the purchase limit and I didn’t get that one.

Like I never got the bundle even tho I payed for it twice. I got crystals one time but never got the bundle.

Either the ea help guy doesn’t understand or he’s not nice and just giving me the runaround.

Told him just give me the bundle or my money back from one purchase. Preferably the bundle. I want the omis and droid brains lol
