I've recently faced a ban stating that I've been using cheats in the Colosseum, but I’m very confident I didn’t do anything wrong. I submitted a request through the ban appeal form, but I haven’t received any response or update from the GC side and am not sure how to reach out to them.
Could anyone help me with this issue?

Possibly, this is the new ban notice now? I have no idea whether you have cheated in coliseum, but I'll take it at face value and you haven't.
However, as you've blatantly cheated in other areas of the game.......................a ban is a ban, and that account is deaded.
You mean G1 Ewoks can’t beat the C3P0 unlock?
Well, I saw they had Padme and thought "Really, those Seppies can unlock 7 star Padme?!" I then looked at the Chewie unlock....worse....the CLS.... unlock worser and yeah the worsest of the lot, 3PO was that final official stamp of smelly fish.
