Connection Error, but I have internet access

When I tryied to start SWGOH, it stated “CONNECTION ERROR. Unable to access a required internet resource. Possible service interruption or poor internet connection”. I do have internet connection. I did reset the app and my device, but it wouldn’t start. I also tried ona 2nd device and it still didn’t work.
