Connection error

Are you able to connect over a strong Wi-Fi connection, but not on your mobile data connection?

I am having the same issue. I have full 5G ultra wideband full strength can stream 1080p YouTube just fine, all my other applications are working without issues, but I cannot connect to SWGOH. I already tried reinstalling, updating, rebooting phone, forcing cell off and back on.

Since it works on Wi-Fi, but now your data connection, it would be an issue with your provider. Is your signal not too strong when connected to mobile data?

It works fine on wifi but I don't have access to it outdoors.
