Hello,

When I want to connect to the Starwars heroes of the galaxy game, I can't connect and the game tells me I have a connection problem ‘Error 9’.

Ally code: 382-142-772

I've already tried:
- Restart my iPhone
- Check the Internet connection
- Reset the network settings
- Update the game and iOS
- Reinstall the game

At the same time, I've tried to connect 2 other iPhones, but I keep getting the same error message: connection problem ‘Error 9’.

How can I fix this?

ok, I just figured it out. My game center account changed I don't know why. So when I logged in with my credentials, it was blocking because, I think, my EA account isn't linked to the SWGoH account.
Problem solved.

Thanks for the feedback but it didn't solve my problem.

When I launch the game, I click on “do you have an account?” -> connect to your EA account -> I enter my email and password.
Then the game informs me that I have a connection problem. “Error 9”
I get the same message with my mobile connection and my Wifi connection (knowing that I have a very good internet connection). What's more, I've tried to add my account on 2 other phones (my work phone and my father's) as soon as I connect, the game always informs me that I have a connection problem “Error 9”.
Finally, I've created a new account which is level 3, and it works very well....

@Teva1Teva Ok the error is triggered because you have not linked any EA Account to your SWGoH account.
Was it linked to Apple Game Center before?
