Click Inventory and remove the F-34T Training Droids disk (purple, 1 dot). Read what it does and realise that's the cause.
100% fixed it. Why do they put something like that in the game? It doesn't work and is offensively stupid.
To help people easily clear feats that require applying debuffs repeatedly. Hence the name F34T.
