Conquest Normal - Sector 3 boss stopped spawning new b1s

Conquest (normal) b1 boss battle stopped spawning leader which meant no more further spawns.

    We have an ongoing issue at the moment.

    The team is aware of an issue where the B1 Commando in conquest is not respawning

Same here on hard node. My game is stuck at either 14 or 19 and the boss clanker does not spawn. Been stuck here with 2 refreshes and less than 5 days left. Dunno what to do

So I read reddit and found a workaround. 

After losing crystals on refresh and a few hours, the trick is 

Don't use a GL

Remove all  data disks.
