Conquest Pass on PC Client.

Conquest Pass not received.
I have booked the Pass+ on the PC client.
But it was not activated.
Only the normal pass.
But the price was twice as high.
Then I tried to purchase the Pass+ again.
The money was debited, but the Pass+ was not activated again.
This was all on the PC client.
Then I tried it via Apple.
They have now also debited the Pass again.
So I have now paid 3 times.
But the pass is still not active.
EA Help doesn't understand the problem and can't help.
When I open a ticket, I can only select IOS or Android as the platform, even though I bought on the PC platform.
This leads to me being referred to Apple and not feeling responsible.
Please help me.

I also have the same problem. I bought the one for £18.99 and the money as paid. It has not activated the premium track, however it have the rest of the things included in the pass. If i go to click Activate Pass on conquest it comes up again with the same pack i have already bought for £18.99.  I messaged EA Chat around 11 hours ago, left the screen open all night and still haven't even had the courtesy of a reply.

I also mail to Help EA. That is a bad Joke!

looks like I paid 3 Times now and get not the pass.

@EA_Gunner The conquest pass options show up as normal on my mobile device.

@EA_Gunner Can you please also take Care of my mysterium please.

The rebooking of the overpayment can wait. but I need the Pass working in my account.

I also had two chats with EA Help about the ticket. The first one yesterday was absolutely unhelpful.
Today again for almost an hour. At least I had the feeling that the problem was understood.
But the conclusion was that I should wait and see.

What bothers me is that I can't use the Pass+ and the benefits.

That the repayment of the multiple and overpayment then takes time is OK.
But not having the benefits of the pass is bad.

I have now paid for the Pass three times and can't use it.
Plus hours in the chat, which is really annoying.

I then sent an email to EA Help.
But the only response I got from the provider was that the EA mail server was full and couldn't accept any more mails. ☹️

I have the same issue, bought the pass you're showing off, for 160 DKK and it hasn't activated the premium reward track. 

I have a video for devs here, of me clicking around in the conquest menu, where you can see everything is activated as normal for the pass+ except for the premium reward track
