Conquest Rewards not Received

I did not receive Conquest rewards from the third Darth Malgus Conquest.  I earned hard mode red crate in every Conquest to date. I have 240/330 Malgus shards currently (90x2 rewards from first two Conquests + 20x3 purchased with Conquest currency in all three Conquests = 240 shards).  Please provide the red crate rewards for the third Malgus Conquest.
