Conquest rewards

We aren't attacking you, I am sorry if it feels that way. We are trying to explain how the game works, so you don't get frustrated like this in the future. 

We asked you to remove your Player ID to protect your account. It isnt something you want out in the wild, as bad actors can get access to your account with it.

We ask all these questions in hopes of better understanding your situation. There have been ( a very few) people in the past that got enough keycards for the max crate but didn't receive it, but usually they misremember how many keycards they actually had, and thus were awarded the correct (lower) crate. We assume based on the title it was one of those threads. In all cases, we are only trying to help.
