Conquest Sector 4 Boss battle bug

Invincible toons after the generator is destroyed. Tried this battle multiple times and most of the times i spend minutes attacking invincible toons. I tried this battle with Pheonix squad too and got to a point where all 5 were invincible after generator was destroyed. In pictures it can be seen that gungans do not take take. There is a time that even culling blade with 100+ debuffs deals 0 dmg.
