Conquest, Sector 4 Hard Boss. Attack Out of Turn Bug

What type of issue do you have? Gameplay
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug Conquest, Sector 4 boss (GL Rey). Challenge: Opportunistic Advance - Attack Out of Turn at least 30 times. My team: SLKR, Hux, Sith Trooper, KRU, FOST. After reaching 30 attack out of turns, if any enemy has damage immunity and/or Rey is in her ultimate, the enemy no longer gains turn meter. The round is impossible to win at that point.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? If you try to just take down normally you can kill easily. But once you cross the 30 attack out of turns achievement they no longer gain turn meter. This worked 5/5 times and I was carefully counting each time

I would be (sith) eternally grateful if this bug report results in me a getting max reward compensation. This is literally the only thing I can do left to actually get max rewards and it’s just not working for me. Here is proof that the 5 tickets are literally what’s standing between me and max rewards

    I was able to get the attack out of turn feat fine. Is there something else about your team that may be putting you into an infinite tm loop? 

    Is it just that she isn't gaining tm, or you have the missing buttons bug?

    Nope, I tried spending a few minutes doing only basic attacks. Tried putting it on auto. Essentially, everyone was down to 1 health bc I took so many turns out of order but the enemy TM wasn’t moving whatsoever. All buttons were there. And I didn’t even have any boosts that say reduce turn meter to enemy. My set was focused on buffs and offense off of those buffs. Plus the legendary one that says any bonuses that happen at “an enemy below 100%”, apply when at 70% and 50%. The only one I had was gain turn meter active I believe. But that doesn’t matter if they can’t lose health at all. Unless that specific ability is bugged bc I think it was a new one they added this time

    I do wonder if it was either a bug or something missed with those discs. If you are constantly getting tm, it could appear to freeze enemy tm.

    When you say "everyone was at 1 health," do you mean their health bars lost segments? Because with SLKR that happens on tm gain, not out-of-turn attacks. That seems to me like a lot of tm gain would more likely be the culprit then.

    Yes, sorry, that was to mean I kept trying for so long that my team was affected by my own turn meter gain. Just like if you were to run them through TB. That wasn’t the focus of my issue though. The enemy TM gain just wasn’t moving, whether or not I was giving myself lots of TM. To string 3-5 minutes of constant attacks without any TM gain whatsoever is what concerned me, especially when I didn’t have crazy focus on TM gain with the discs and I also didn’t have a way to reduce my cooldowns for me to spam TM passing
