CONQUEST'S REBELS

I know no one will take action to resolve this issue, but I have to put the cards on the table anyway. 

The ENEMY MODIFIER for rebels called "the probabilities", Is a lame and pointless idea. I don't know who gave the "OK, DO IT" to the "brilliant mind" that made it, but he/she didn't realize that we have only 5 minutes for each battle, and rebels have a hundred percent chance to attack again if they hit a critic, what makes them attack in some cases for one or two minutes over the five we have for battle. And not ends here, no...

EVEN WHEN THEY MISS TWO, THREE TIMES (that means not a critic hit) THEY STILL ATTACKING!!!! (Not one or two times more, no.. ten, fifteen, twenty)

So... Me, or who made this modifier, one of us is being really dumb.

Am I wrong?
