Crafted item not completed?

So frustrating, just want to know someone is working on fixing the known problem of crafting an item, only to not have it registered as being done.
I am working on hk47. Currently he is level 56. I've made the components for the mk5 blastech weapon mod at least 15 times. I have had it work once. I need w of these to make the mk7 fabritech data pad, of which I also need 2 of to make a mk8 taggeco hold lens. Then I can equip. Please tell me your fixing this soon.
