Crystal purchase not appearing

I purchased crystals ($1.99/220) on 7/16/18. Afterwards I received a message saying to make sure I have a valid form of payment, which I do, and then I was sent a receipt of a successful transaction...

Can I ask on which platform do you play? 🤔

You should know that we had some issues with Google Play store and transactions might be delayed. For now we recommend to wait 24h to see if the items will be added to you account. If they won't appear after this time, please contact our live support.
