Crystal refund on accidental purchase?

I have been run in circles with EA help, hoping I can get a response on here. At some point yesterday, my crystal count dropped from 6k to 500. I am assuming that at some point I accidently purchased something while my phone was in my pocket. I have no idea what it was I bought, and if it were possible, I'd love to reverse whatever purchase I made.
