Crystals instead of a character
I just purchased the Commander Ahsoka Tano bundle, but instead of the character, I only received crystals with an error message. Therefore, I request that the crystals be exchanged for the character.

Dear developers, I've been waiting for a response for three days now. EA support also referred me to you, and I still haven't received any feedback from in-game support.
