Crystals instead of Ben solo LSB

I have purchased the ben solo lightspeed bundle for starwars galaxy of heroes and haven't been credited the items in game, when I got in game i was told there was an issue with my purchase and was credited what i can assume is the equivalent in the in game premium currency which is not what i paid for at all, I have the email recipt for the purchase and my ally code is 892-551-469 order number was 1006466192555
