Crystals lost

It took you ten days to notice or ten days to figure you should post here instead of opening a ticket when it had just occurred so it would be easier for techs to look at your game logs?
my guess, they are gone. If you inadvertently spent them, oh well. 

It's funny when someone talks just because without knowing what happened. Or do you think you're a fortune teller?

what is the point of the help chat if they do nothing but tell you to reset your device, then close off the convo and send you a form for feedback. yawnburger

Change your password and keep an eye on it. 

It probably was a case of quickly going through shipments and bought something for 3200 by accident and you didn't notice. Crystals don't magically disappear.
