Crystals not recieved

Is it pending?

It’s processed through my bank, but didn’t receive in game. I went ahead and purchased the same thing again so I could buy the kyros I needed before it expired. When I hit the restore purchases button it says it’s processing a transaction but no luck as far as receiving it.
