CUP bundle rewarded to wrong player

I gifted a member of my guild the CUP LSB, after I’ve already purchased it for myself. Guild mate did not receive it and obviously I refuse to spend another £5. This morning I receive this in the inbox, they’ve tried to gift my gift, to myself. FIX YOUR GAME CG!!!!!
