CUP LSB error

Good afternoon,

I bought the CUP LSB and ended up with an in-game mail that said sorry for the inconvenience with 640 ish crystals in it. I thought it might have been an April Fool's thing, but after chatting on Discord, I realized it was supposed to contain CUP. Any chance of getting this fixed?
