CUP purchase “pending” on PayPal.

Question

I purchased CUP yesterday at noon eastern time and everything was fine until I went in game to claim it. My CUP wasn’t upgraded yet the icon disappeared from the store. My PayPal account says the purchase is pending. I also went back in game and tried restore purchases numerous times. I have bought numerous LSB with no problem, what can be done?

So what can you do about it? Can you reset the bundle? Or I can show you the receipt of sale and you can restore the purchase in the game?
