Current GC, not being awarded turn meter removal feat

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug I am not getting credit for the hindered movement feat despite removing well over 400% turn meter
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I guess I can try to record a run. Thing is, I just had the rng luck to beat t7 after several failures

Using a JTR led resistance squad and I know my team removed far more than 400% turn meter. Yet I was not awarded the feat.

JTR's basic doesn't remove tm, that's C-3PO's.
The thing with her special is that it's a variable amount of tm removal based on how many debuffs land. Anywhere from 40-80%. But if the target was only at 15% tm, then obviously only 15% is removed.
Her lead also removes tm, but they have to be exposed.
Like Enigma said, Stagger doesn't count.

Are you sure the turnmeter was removed and not resisted? Or that it indeed added up to 400%? The feat was awarded for me.

100% sure for the first question. Let's say 95% sure for the second. I do not see how it possibly couldn't have been at least 400%. Especially if turn meter removal by stagger counts. Even if not, pretty sure JTR got there just from her special.

For reference, squad is JTR lead, bb8, r2, regular Finn, and veteran han.

@Rathgar91 from previous instance of this feat, I'm pretty sure Stagger does not count.

The problem is stagger is coded as "remove TM from self when damaged"

That makes sense. Still, I believe I got there from JTR's special alone. The battle went on where she used it multiple times. And I believe her standard attack can remove turn meter as well. Resistance is my go to squad for this feat. I can try something else like a gmy, cls combo I guess and see if that works.
