Thanks for the clarification, I do know that the next preview isn't supposed to start till today, however in the past there have been count downs showing up in the Guild events giving a heads up on the upcoming TW. I simply wasn't sure if there was or was not supposed to be an indication there. I actually do have the current Preview phase showing as of 1 hour ago (6 PM GMT). I did not have any such preview phase during the previous TW (as confirmed through my Guild mates who did).
I was able to see the sign-up phase and hit Join. I even remember one of my officers listing off who wasn't in, and I went in to double-check the list. If I hadn't hit Join earlier, I would certainly have seen it and done it then. But then when I went back in just now after being on the road all day today, I don't see TW at all.
