CX-2 Ascension Error

I bought the bundle up to the final $50 tier on the PC Client to get over the 330 mark so I could Relic my CX-2 before GAC.

However, since I went over 330 shards, I'm now unable to claim the 20 Omicrons, 100 Kyrotech, 10 mil credits, and Gear 12 pieces.

Any solution to this from CG?
