CX-2 Bundle (£75) did not give rewards
To be clear, this is NOT related to the CX-2 Ascension bug.
Update: After about 10 hours of going round in circles with EA Support today, the issue is still not fixed and I still do not have my content. I reached the conclusion that my account successfully purchased the bundle, but due to the game glitching right when the purchase went through I am physically not able to see or claim the bundle contents.
Help would be very much appreciated because as it stands I may as well have spent £75 on nothing.
"Bought" the 100 shard CX-2 Bundle III (£75), but after it came up saying purchase successful (and getting a banking notification to say it was successful), I was met with a "billing error" pop up that required the game to restart. After I logged back in, I looked in the store to see the bundle was completely gone, and I did not have the 100 shards or the other resources in the bundle
