same bug happened to me. 5 minutes before reset. the rewards of the two quests i should have gotten were sent to my mail after reset, but not the daily reward box (which contains crystals and others). is there a way to get it back?
Chat support just gave up talking to me and ended the conversation. Super cool.
schaefjrbug is still an issue and has happened to me numerous times. EA_Gunner response on my post was to just do them sooner lol instead of realizing people have jobs and stuff outside of this game. No word from him on missing rewards either. The devs and CG don’t care about us. Chat support is no help with any issue, ever.
This happened to me two nights ago. Missed out on daily rewards as a result. Evidently it’s been an issue for several months, so I hope it gets fixed soon and I get my earned rewards.
