This is a known issue and on our radar to address. While I o not have a concrete date, we appreciate your patience as this is looked into.
Hi @CG_Kozispoon, I would like to extend an invitation to join my guild for a short period of time,to fully understand the gravity of this bug, to any and all developers and or programmers that are working on this particular bug. If it would help them to understand the gravity of this bug. Sometimes, it takes a little perspective to understand just how important an issue is, and maybe this is one of those times. We could make them and officer and give them the responsibility of tracking for a period of time to help them understand just the amount to time, speadsheets, screenshots, mental math and energy needed by officers and or guild members, if you use the shortcut way, is needed to insure that daily 600/30K is accomplished.

@CG_Kozispoon I will extend the same offer as Grandepatron. Any dev can come and be an officer for a week and track tickets for that week.
