Daily quest

Hi, 

my daily quest wouldn’t let me claim it when I had 4 minutes left to claim my last one and get my box reward saying it had expired. 

is there any chance this could be rectified so I don’t miss out on the crystals and other rewards.

    This happened to me 12.57am 20th Feb. Couldn't claim the last task as completed,  so missed out on daily rewards crate.  Tried to report in the in game help,  but they don't seem to read the messages correctly,  and directed me to the forum. 

    Would appreciate the missed rewards.
