Daily reward for Squad Arena disappeared.

I claimed my daily reward for squad area today, then tried to spend my Arena shards. I had 1050 after claiming them. Each time I tried to spend them it wold me the purchase could not be completed. I closed and restarted the program. When I came back my reward was gone, the shards and crystals. I would like them. I was in the 100-51 bracket.
