Daily Rewards not Rewarding

The last two days I have tried to claim my individual daily rewards, but keep getting a message that says they'll be sent to my inbox, and they do. But I don't get the rewards for the daily chest because I didn't (and can't) claim them in the main menu. I don't understand why it's saying the daily quests have reset when they clearly haven't and why I can't claim it. What can I do?
