Dark Side Starter Pack #3 purchase issue / customer service complaint

I just started playing this game 5 days ago and I purchased the starter pack listed above. It had popped up on my screen when I opened up the game. My issue is I did not receive what the pack listed (Asajj Ventress, Darth Sidious, IG-88, all 3-stars and I believe some training droids and vader shards), but instead received just an IG-88 with the vader shards, credits and training droids. I cannot bring up the pack again to show anyone what I saw via screenshot because it no longer appears in the store! I mostly wanted the dark side starter pack due to the fact that it had Asajj Ventress, which was a character I really wanted, so I find it strange that the cover art for the pack had her, the description had her, and it showed her icon with 3 stars, but I ended up with the IG-88 and no option to purchase the bundle again.
I have been with EA support calls/live chat for about 5 hours today just to try to get an answer to something so simple. The person on the phone was very helpful, but either he hung up or the call just dropped. Then, the person on the live chat was extremely rude--probably hasn't been working customer service very long--because they kept telling me I was wrong and even went as far as sending this message after he told me I probably just mixed up the "3 shards for Vader with 'Characters'":

I didn't think this was funny or professional at all after 5 hours of dealing with these guys. I have the chat window still open and have it print screened just in case.
So, after finding out that a refund is not an option due to the money going through Apple Pay, I just wanted to know if ANYONE can at least link a picture of the Dark Side Start Pack #3 cover art and its contents, because I swear I saw those characters in the description AND on the cover art, and I didn't get what was promised after paying for it. Sorry for the long rant, hope someone from EA can give some insight.
