Darth Bane - Malevolent Whirldwind doesn't work as described

@cmjstota106 I had the same issue vs a Saw team with only Scaraf Rebel Pathfinder left alive. He kept reviving even though I used all three of his abilities vs SRP.

His debuffs weren't being cleared, nor was he being prevented from reviving until my Bane killed him 5 or 6 times. At that final one though, he didn't have any buffs. Bane's basic is supposed to prevent revive just as his first special is supposed to clear buffs twice. Good times!
