I purchased the Darth Bane LSB on 2/20 but never received the character. I’ve done multiple rounds with the help chatbot who tells me I should have it but the character was never sent which I confirmed by scanning myself on swgoh.gg Ally code: 196-628-874
You should post this in bug reports. Long story short I spent a week on in game trying to get something fixed to no avail. I posted about it on bug reports and it was fixed in a few days.
Just write what you bought. The order number and your ally code.
