Darth Malak event, droids quit spawning

Hi There,

I do not believe this event is working as expected.  Is the respawn chance supposed to decrease over time?  The droids tend to respawn off and on near the beginning of the battle, but once I'm a ways into it, I always seem to get stuck at a point where they stop respawning entirely.  Malak has taken 10 to 20 turns+ on numerous runs and no droids have respawned.  The odds of that happening repeatedly on many runs is highly improbable unless the spawn chance is decreasing over time (or there is a bug).  When I did this event previously under a different account a few years ago, this was definitely not an issue.  The droid respawn rate/chance seemed quite stable back then.  This is a major issue for new players.  I've spent a lot of time gearing up malak requirements instead of pursuing other characters and now I'm stuck.

Completely agree on this one. The droids respawn 2-3 times and then completely stop. I understand there is only a chance to respawn, but it shifts from 100% at the beginning to 0%. 

This is now how the event was working when I last tried it a few months ago. It's also very different from videos I've watched and walkthrough descriptions I've read. 

It also seems to be an issue that reoccurs from time-to-time and has been acknowledged in the past. I saw a 2020 discussion where the first response was "working as intended," but after further investigation, the bug was acknowledged.

Please respond, this is a significant issue for players.

This is still an issue in 2024. I am managing the mechanics of the fight and the droids stop respawning. No matter how i manage the encounter, the droids stop spawning and Malak enrages. This is not "Working as intended" this is a bug.

Its working like they said it is... Its just sometimes on occasions it can take a few turns for them to spawn I know that all to well... Its the rng factor of this event... It even does it on the dark side battle aswell its just doesnt effect the outcome that much on dark side.... Just keep trying you will get it eventually....
