Darth Malgus' Deprive Senses not spreading SEE's locked shock

Summarize your bug Darth Malgus' "Deprive Senses" does not spread shock to the enemy team if the target is afflicted with Sith Eternal Emperor's locked shock (from his basic ability after he's transformed via his ultimate).
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1) Put Sith Eternal Emperor in a team containing Darth Malgus and no other Sith capable of inflicting Shock 2) Enter Combat 3) Gain Ultimate Charge 4) Use Ultimate 5) Inflict Shock with SEE's basic 6) Use Deprive Senses on the target with SEE's locked Shock debuff

Malgus has both Zetas and all Omegas (Omicrons irrelevant in current combat)
I understand not applying a locked version of the shock debuff, but shouldn't it still apply shock to the enemy team?
Hi @mw5hgsew2gxv, and thank you for the report.
We've tested this today, and Drath Malgus did spread shock to all enemies when using his special ability "Deprive Senses" on a target that was already shocked by SEE after he transformed. Keep in mind that the spread Shock is irresistible outside of Grand Arena events.
