Darth Talon downgrade

Hello, 

Long time player from Czech here. 

I have upgraded my Darth Talon to relic 3 and the game crashed! Upon restarting my Talon is still at relic 3 but when I want to upgrade to relic 4 an tablet saying that the character is not at the level for relics pops up…and also my talon is back at the 11/85 character shards 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

it is very frustrating. Please help. Thank you.
