Data Card Stole My Cantina Energy

Summarize your bug I spent 100 crystals for an energy refresh. I got my 120 and went to SIM some cantina battles to get some relic material, but for some reason it told me that I didn't have enough energy and/or tickets (which isn't true as you can see). I tried a few times, closed it, etc, nothing changed. Oh well! I went to open up my 1st free data card of the day and it took that energy from me without giving me any of the cantina rewards

    This occasionally happens when your game is out of sync from the server. The energy has already been used and 

    The -128 energy is seen occasionally when your client gets out of sync with the game server and the energy has already been used. The Bronzium actually is just re-syncing your energy. You didn't actually lose any energy while opening it.

    We have checked your account and can see that you refreshed your Cantina energy on 29th of May at 6:01:35am UTC. You then spent 8 sim tickets (128 Energy) on Cantina Node 8-F at 6:01:38am UTC and then opened the Bronzium Pack at 6:02:13am UTC.

    • Spent: 8 Sim Tickets.

    • .
    • 128000 Credits.
    • 1 Sim Tickets.

    Thank you so much for your reply, but unfortunately the rewards didn't update. As you can see in the screenshot I provided with the empty energy (I took after I opened the bronzium), I only had 17 signal datas - the same 17 that I had before I bought the refresh.  According to the system, I should have had 37, which makes complete sense. It just didn't happen. I didn't get credits or anything, either. What can I do?

    We looked into this further. You currently have 56 Incomplete Signal Data.

    You had 17 before this sync issue happened. So we'll start there. Please see below to see the amount you received and the time they were received at.

    17 + 20 (6:01:38am UTC) + 14 (6:34:45am UTC) + 16 (6:17:57am UTC on 30th May) +14 (0:21:08am UTC on May 31st) = 81

    -25 from upgrading Fives to Relic 5 (6:34:50am UTC).

    Taking away the 25 from relicing Fives to r5, that leaves you with 56 Incomplete Signal Data which appears to be correct.
